Purpose
The website presents the Kingdoms of Earth project and allows visitors to request participation in early tests. It is not an offer for sale and currently supports no purchase.
Website and test access
Access to the website is free. A request guarantees neither an invitation, a timeframe, nor availability on a given device. Tests may be limited, suspended, or changed for technical and testing reasons.
Authorized use
You agree to provide an address whose mailbox you may legitimately use, not to automate requests, and not to disrupt the operation of the website or its services.
Content and prototype
The game is in development. Features, rules, compatibility, visuals, and timing may change. Atmospheric illustrations and fictional maps do not promise final content.
Liability and applicable law
The publisher uses reasonable means to keep the website accessible without guaranteeing continuous availability. The final document will specify the applicable law, competent jurisdiction, and mediation contact if a paid consumer offer opens.
